at B&H Dairy!

Yes! B&H is available for private evening parties for up to 25-30 guests. We’ll serve your favorite B&H Dairy dishes, provide cakes and decorations, along with a big Bluetooth speaker (you DJ!) and karaoke machine. We can even arrange for your very own Tuna Melt lesson from Raphael and Bernardo! Details below.

• Weekdays 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.

• Weekends 8:30 - 10:30 p.m.

Capacity:

• Up to 25–30 guests

• Exclusive use of the restaurant for 2 hours

• BYOB welcome (Bring Your Own Alcohol). Note: Alcohol is 100% BYO — including ice, cups, straws, and barware — and must be set up on a separate table. By law, B&H staff cannot handle or provide anything related to alcohol.

• $35 per person

    • 1 dinner choice. Choose from: Tuna Melt, Grilled Cheese, Latke Lovers
      Breakfast Sandwich, Pierogi, Cheese Blintzes, Potato Pancakes,
      Macaroni & Cheese, Vegetarian Lasagna, Stuff Cabbage, Vegetarian Chili

    • Coffee, tea, or soda

• Guests choose their entrée on arrival

Payment Details:

• Cost is based on a 20-guest minimum @ $35 per person
  20 guests × $35 per person = $700 total.

  You may book for fewer than 20 guests; however, the total cost will still be based on the 20-guest minimum.

• Deposit: $300 minimum

  • Due at least 1 week in advance to secure the date

  • Pay in person at the restaurant or by phone/credit card

• Balance due: Once all guests have arrived, or by the end of the first hour (to account for no-shows).

• Credit cards, Apple pay, cash, accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event to receive a refund of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

How to Book Your Party*

1. Call B&H Dairy to inquire if the date you want to book is available: 212-505-8065.

2. Fill out the private party request form (below the photo gallery), so we have a record of your party details, photo permission (or not) and confirmation of agreement to our Cancellation Policy.

3. Once we have your completed party request form and agreement to our cancellation policy, we will accept a deposit and confirm your party date.

*We recently changed the booking process. Initially you just filled out the form and we would call to complete the booking, but too many calls to those who’d filled out forms were going to voicemail or going unreturned. We didn’t appreciate the time wasted due to being ghosted. Hence, the somewhat backward,call first, form second process, but this way will be more efficient for all involved.
